What is "The Show Off"?

The Show off is one of Swedens largest dance competitions where several crews from Scandinavia competes for a prize of 10.000:- and the possibility to perform one some of Swedens biggest stages.

How do you compete?

The dance crews gets 5 artists which music they have to stick to. All dance crews gets the same 5 artists but how they use their music is completely up to the dance crews. At the event they have to showcase their choreography, where a jury of prominent dancers rate their performance.

Rules

· You got to use all the 5 artists in your mix. The length of the use of the artists is up to you as a crew.

· Minimum of 3 participating dancers and maxmimum 15 per dance crew

· The performance has to be at least 3 minutes and maximum 3 minutes and 30 seconds.

· It is ok to use featuring songs!

· It is allowed to combine vocals with other artists beats/songs.

· Remixes are allowed!

I've been organizing events for children and young people for over twenty years, but I've never worked with a group of people as talented, competent and passionate as the team behind The Show Off. It is full commitment, nothing is left to chance, everyone should feel involved, both dancers and audience are in focus.
